How we keep Booza flour clean and safe

Food safety matters. Every Booza bag carries a batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date so you know exactly what you are buying.

In our store, bags are stacked on wooden pallets, off the floor and away from walls, in a cool and dry room. We rotate stock so older batches leave first.

At home, keep your flour sealed, in a dry place, and away from chemicals and fuel.
